I have looked at different precedents from the list. Each of them had it's own unique expressions and aspects about themselves. In Gordon Matta-Clark's work, he would cut slits or shaped holes right through an apartment until you can see through from one end to another. This created a sense of space which was related to a subway passage. I found Patricia Piccinini's featured works (Nest, The Stags and Thicker than Water) very interesting. The way she creatively warped and curled these automotive into living forms, make her works unique. Also the use of colours on her work support the forms.
